Traditional Indonesian tapioca crackers, or ‘kerupuk warung’. This kind of kerupuk is usually found in little corner stores, or warung, hence the name.

These are ready to eat, and perfect for when you can’t be bothered doing any frying. They go perfectly with any Indonesian meal, or even as a snack, but our favourite way to eat these is with a hot bowl of Indomie.

If you find that your kerupuk isn’t as crunchy as you’d like anymore, pop them in the oven at 100°C for 10 minutes.
