Crackers made from puffed pieces of sticky rice. One of my most favourite Indonesian snacks - crunchy, lightly salted, and moreish. Store in an airtight container after opening.

If you find that the crackers are no longer as crunchy as you’d like, place them in the oven at 100ºC for around 10 minutes.
